25 Oct 2025 October Event Halloween Theme Oct 25, 2025 9:00 AM - Oct 26, 2025 1:00 PM This will be an overnight trip staying with a host family. Pack your sleeping bag and pillow, PJs and comfortable walking shoes. We will walk several miles throughout the day. Saturday night we get into the Halloween adventures and they will continue Sunday morning. Have your ride pick you up at 1pm on Sunday. Location details will be sent to students and host families closer to the event.
29 Oct 2025 Collegeville Halloween Parade Oct 29, 2025 6:00 PM - 8:00 PM All long term inbound exchange students are to participate in the parade in Collegeville. Our District Governor's Club supports this parade as well.

22 Nov 2025 Outbound Interviews Nov 22, 2025 10:30 AM New applicants arrive by 10:30 am with business casual dress. Bring deposit check for $500 check payable to Rotary D7430 YEP. $250 is a non-refundable application fee. Upon accemptance, the additional $250 will be applied to the Youth Exchange program fees . Bring any forms needed Rotarian signatures which haven't been received yet. Current exchange students please wear blazers to the interviews.

10 Jan 2026 Farm Show - PA Capital - Country Reveal Jan 10, 2026 - Jan 11, 2026 PA is known for it's great agriculture and the Farm Show is a fantastic showcase. We will spend a day at the Farm Show exploring the exhibits. Did you know Harrisburg is ranked one of the prettiest capital buildings in the USA? We will have a guided tour of the building. Our annual international dinner and country reveals will be Sunday afternoon in the Allentown Area. It will be a weekend of fun and adventure. More details will be sent directly to the students when available.
20 Feb 2026 Parade of Flags and Outbound Training Feb 20, 2026 - Feb 21, 2026 The students (inbound and future outbound) will participate in the President Elect Leadership Seminars by participating in the parade of flags Friday evening. Each student will carry the flag of their country. Saturday will be a full day of orientation for all students.
