26 Apr 2025 Short Term Exchange Orientation Apr 26, 2025 1:00 PM Orientation for outbound short term exchange students and their families. Details will be provided closer to the date. This event will be near Mertztown, PA. Long term exchange students are not participating in this activity.
03 May 2025 Multi District event all exchange students May 03, 2025 - May 04, 2025 All exchange students will attend! This is a joint event with D7410. Details to follow for this event. Plan on an early start Saturday morning and a sleepover.
31 May 2025 Farewell Gathering May 31, 2025 - Jun 01, 2025 Multi-district Farewell gathering. This will be in D7630 (Delaware). Details will be provided closer to the date. Plan an early departure Saturday morning and a sleepover returning home Sunday evening.
20 Jun 2025 Rotary International RYE Convention Jun 20, 2025 - Jun 21, 2025 This Rotary Youth Exchange event is pre-Rotary International convention. This is optional for all and open to Rotarians only. Students will not be attending with us.
05 Sep 2025 Inbound Orientation Sep 05, 2025 - Sep 07, 2025 This is a multi-district event and manditory for all inbound exchange students.
25 Oct 2025 October Event Halloween Theme Oct 25, 2025 9:00 AM - Oct 26, 2025 1:00 PM This will be an overnight trip staying with a host family. Pack your sleeping bag and pillow, PJs and comfortable walking shoes. We will walk several miles throughout the day. Saturday night we get into the Halloween adventures and they will continue Sunday morning. Have your ride pick you up at 1pm on Sunday. Location details will be sent to students and host families closer to the event.
